Piping QC and Mechanical QC

Overview

The Piping QC and Mechanical QC course is designed to prepare students for technical roles in the quality control departments of mechanical and piping-based projects in industries such as oil & gas, power plants, and manufacturing. The training covers essential topics like reading and interpreting isometric and P&ID drawings, understanding welding procedures and pipe material specifications (PMS), and learning about inspection techniques for piping systems. Trainees are taught to monitor quality at every stage—from pipe fabrication to hydro testing and commissioning—ensuring that all installations meet safety, design, and industry standards. The curriculum also includes exposure to codes and standards such as ASME, ASTM, API, and ISO, equipping candidates with a global understanding of mechanical quality protocols.
